Event Ticket Transfer

Terms of Service

Effective July 30, 2026 · Last updated July 30, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], doing business as Event Ticket Transfer ("Event Ticket Transfer," "we," "us"). By using the Service or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent ("you").

1. What the Service is

Event Ticket Transfer is a business-to-business listing and fulfilment service for licensed ticket resellers. We synchronize your inventory across connected marketplaces, apply pricing based on your configured floors and rules, and deliver tickets to buyers when orders clear.

We operate inside your own marketplace seller accounts. Your accounts, ratings, transaction history, and payouts remain yours. We do not resell tickets under our own name and we are not a party to the sale between you and a buyer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, be authorized to bind your business, and hold any licenses or registrations required to resell tickets in the jurisdictions where you operate. You are solely responsible for your compliance with ticket resale laws, marketplace rules, and event issuer terms.

3. Your accounts and authorization

To use the Service you grant us permission to access and act within your connected marketplace accounts on your behalf, including creating, updating, pricing, and removing listings and delivering tickets. You represent that you have the right to grant this permission and that doing so does not violate any agreement between you and a marketplace.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the credentials you provide and for maintaining the security of your own account access. Notify us immediately at info@eventtickettransfer.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Inventory and pricing

Pricing adjustments are made according to the rules and floor prices you configure. We will not price a listing below the floor you set. You remain responsible for the inventory you list, for having the right to sell it, and for honoring every sale.

We aim to remove listings from other connected marketplaces promptly when an order lands. Delist times stated on our website are historical medians, not guarantees. Marketplace outages, API latency, and rate limits can delay synchronization.

5. Fees

You pay a flat share of the proceeds of sales we complete for you, billed monthly in arrears at the rate stated in your order form. There is no per-ticket fee and no per-marketplace charge. Fees exclude taxes, which you are responsible for. Invoices are due within [PAYMENT TERMS, e.g. 15 days]; past due amounts may accrue interest at [RATE] per month or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is less.

6. Acceptable use
